Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Pick and pack orders with precision using handheld scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to our Lincoln facility
- No prior warehouse experience required - we train!
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening (no background check)
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
