Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Accurately scan and verify incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized inventory in warehouse storage systems
- Operate warehouse machinery (order pickers, reach trucks) per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping goals
- Participate in quarterly safety training and equipment certifications
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (refrigerated areas)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
