Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify inventory counts
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas following safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification training
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Document inventory transactions and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to the Bakersfield facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided by employer)
