Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily production targets.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing freight, ensuring proper handling of all goods.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before shipment.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background Check Waived: No criminal background check required for consideration.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the Colorado Springs facility.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
