Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products by hand or using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory quantities by counting items and checking labels and packaging.
- Package and label products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in inventory control processes, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Operate scanners and computer systems to track stock and update shipment records.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory counting.
- Willingness to undergo a simple drug screen (background check not required).
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
