Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to maintain 99.5% accuracy rate
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and documents
- Willingness to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with or without reasonable accommodation
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Valid government-issued photo ID (must be presented at hire)
