Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas to ensure operational efficiency
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks and receiving shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid state ID or driver's license (no background check required)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
