Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with certification training
- Inspect products for quality control and prepare for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurement
- No criminal background check required – we hire based on merit!
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Valid government-issued ID for employment verification
