Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and maintain clean warehouse storage areas following FIFO principles
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Perform routine quality checks on products before shipping
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid state ID or driver's license (no background check required)
- Willingness to complete paid equipment training program
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Park location
