Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Load/unload freight trucks with proper equipment usage
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with quality control inspections before shipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts with frequent walking/standing
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park Drive
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
