Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality compliance and document discrepancies
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counting processes
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Park Blvd location
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Valid state ID required (background check not conducted)
