Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize inventory in a temperature-controlled warehouse
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Inspect and package shipments for accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Use warehouse management software for inventory tracking
- Participate in monthly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience or background check required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park Drive
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
