Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and sort packages in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Assist with quality control inspections before shipment dispatch
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours per day
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to the North Memphis facility
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – training provided
