Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Train and mentor warehouse associates on proper procedures and equipment operation
- Conduct regular inventory audits and implement cycle count procedures
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Manage team performance through goal setting and constructive feedback
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve operational challenges
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for senior management
Qualifications
- No warehouse or supervisory experience required – we train you!
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn WMS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation training)
