Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, organize warehouse aisles, and assist in inventory audits.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA guidelines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning barcodes and counting inventory.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred (but not strictly required for entry-level roles).
