Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space following safety protocols
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing inventory
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic computer literacy (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid government-issued ID
