Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify against purchase orders
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse zones following safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – entry-level candidates encouraged
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new technology systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued photo ID (required for background check)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills
