Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to daily requirements
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces including aisleways and storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we train motivated candidates
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems training
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
