Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory with accuracy
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and safety standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow SOPs for material handling and workplace safety
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Team player with positive attitude
