Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with attention to detail
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training provided)
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments following OSHA guidelines
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in inventory reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new technologies
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (warehouse environment)
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-provided training)
