Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and accurately record incoming shipments using inventory management systems
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse areas following safety protocols
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training) to move materials
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
