Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pack and prepare orders for shipment with quality checks
- Maintain organized warehouse storage systems and safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications
- No experience required – full training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Park Drive
- Flexible availability for day/evening/weekend shifts
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment after certification
