Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Package and label products according to company specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to our Memphis facility
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
