Responsibilities
- Efficiently organize and manage inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper training
- Pick and pack orders with precision for timely shipment
- Maintain safety compliance and clean workspace standards
- Assist with receiving, scanning, and documenting shipments
- Collaborate with team to meet daily operational targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No warehouse experience required – we provide full training!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
