Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack orders with attention to detail and speed
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Assist in inventory audits and documentation processes
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia facility
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-provided)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Pass background check and drug screening
