Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and maintain organized inventory records
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training provided)
- Maintain clean and compliant workspaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system navigation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
