Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package merchandise using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct quality control checks on inbound/outbound shipments
- Maintain organized inventory records via warehouse management system
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading
- Complete daily productivity reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy with WMS familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for Friday-Sunday shifts (5AM-1PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
