Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Load/unload trucks with proper equipment operation and safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Collaborate in team-based operations to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- No experience or background check required – we train everything!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper techniques
- Basic literacy and numeracy for order processing and inventory tracking
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts with frequent walking and standing
- Reliable transportation to our North Las Vegas facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
