Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Packing & Shipping: Pack, seal, and label products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and safety standards are met.
- Inventory Management: Assist in conducting inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following standard operating procedures.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues to management.
- Customer Service: Interact with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a consistent work history.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in data entry and inventory.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
- No Experience Required: We train motivated individuals. High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
