Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using barcode scanners
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts after certification training
- Prepare outbound orders for shipment with quality checks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide paid training
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to the 789 Industrial Ave location
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
