Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environments
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet production and delivery targets
- Implement lean warehouse practices to optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Valid driver's license preferred
