Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Inspect incoming inventory for damage and ensure proper labeling and storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding workflow.
Qualifications
- No previous warehouse experience is necessary; we train all new hires.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and writing skills for understanding safety labels and work orders.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the facility.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
