Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and sort incoming freight and shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift).
- Basic math skills required for order accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and operate warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and move heavy packages.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
