Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Maintain clean and safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using manual and automated systems
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
