Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using barcode systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse areas
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train from scratch!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Valid government-issued ID (no background check needed)
- Reliable transportation to our Irvine facility
- Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic
