Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment while maintaining quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training provided)
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks
