Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using manual dunnage and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory counts.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
