Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to meet customer deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize warehouse storage areas to optimize workflow.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure daily operational goals are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- License: Forklift certification (Class A/B) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a positive attitude.
