Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory using barcode systems
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Participate in regular inventory counts
Qualifications
- No experience required - we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
