Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems after training
- Maintain organized inventory counts and update digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain clean workspaces
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and transporting goods
- Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks
