Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using handheld scanners
- Load and unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols
- Organize and maintain inventory in clean, orderly storage areas
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – we provide full training!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Willingness to obtain required forklift certification
