Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with proper training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and adherence to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Load/unload freight trucks using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to 456 Industrial Park Dr
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- No prior experience required – full training provided
