Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Efficiently select and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and stocking incoming inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided), and verify shipment accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
