Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using barcode scanning systems
- Prepare orders for shipment through proper packing, labeling, and documentation
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide comprehensive paid training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
