Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after paid training
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized workspace for optimal efficiency
- Support cross-functional tasks as needed during peak seasons
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience necessary - we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
