Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory using handheld scanners.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to strict quality and shipping standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
