Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with provided training
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks using manual and powered equipment
- Participate in mandatory overtime during peak seasons
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends during peak periods
- Valid government-issued ID (for background check)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to the facility
