Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks and conveyors using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing cycle counts as directed by management.
- Material Handling: Organize stockrooms, shelves, and storage areas to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Basic English language skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required. We provide paid training for the right candidates.
