Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Organize inventory, stack pallets, and maintain accurate stock levels in the storage area.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a forklift (counterbalance preferred) or a willingness to obtain certification through our paid training program.
- Ability to work a flexible weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to read and understand warehouse orders.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory or completing safety checks.
- Valid Driver's License (required for yard truck operation, if applicable).
