Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided for certified operators).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
